We Design, wholesale and manufacture all our apparels!
MINIMUM ORDER:
Our Minimum order quantity is 12 pieces. It has to be 2pcs per print (you can choose from various styles) plus Freight.
The Tops, Play suits and Capes come in sizes and they have to be bought in a pack. All the apparels that are available is sizes must be bought in a pack. All reordering quantities are 12 pieces as well.

We offer free postage for orders above 50 pieces
PAYMENT
The First three transactions are only Cash transactions. Once you place an order, we will send you a Tax Invoice, you can use the Direct Debit option or your Credit Card to fulfil the Order. Once the payment has been made, we ship the items via Australia post. Depending on your specification we do standard postage or express postage. You shall receive a hard copy and soft copy of the Tax Invoice. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of 5 days before being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be processed until full payment is received. If you wish to register for Credit application after the first three transactions, kindly send us an email request to wholesale@embellishedkaftans.com.au
EXCLUSIVITY
We have stockists in and around Australia and across the Globe. We would like to maintain our product exclusivity. For example, Store “A” will not be able to stock any product ranges that store “B” is already stocking and vice versa. Even though you will have access to all brands on the wholesale website, orders will only be processed that you have prior approval for. When you fill in the online application form you be asked what brands you are stocking. Once approved you will receive an email stating which brands you can order- approval is based on what type of store you are, which other brands you represent and other existing stockists in the area. If you don’t place a re-order within 3 months Embellished Kaftans will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.
PRICES
Prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. We have a recommended retail price and we would suggest that all stockists must follow the RRP. You can request a pricelist from wholesale@embellishedkaftans.com.au
COPYRIGHT AND IMAGES
This Website is owned by Embellished Kaftans (ABN: 47 60420 7758), and subject to copyright If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please ask permission first- a simple email is fine. Use of the image/s are only allowed for the time of the promotion and can only be used if you are currently stocking that pictured product.
SALES OUTLETS/ WEBSITE AND ONLINE SALES
You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Embellished Kaftans at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval inorder to maintain product exclusivity in the area. Website and online sales must have prior approval from Embellished Kaftans.
RETURNS
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 5 days of receipt. Please read our Returns policy.
VARIATION
All our apparels and digitally printed and manufactured. There are less than 1% chances of inconsistency due to this nature. Any such inconsistencies brought to our notice shall be considered faulty and therefore we can replace the apparel or issue a credit.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Embellished Kaftans. Embellished Kaftans does not record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
