This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on www.embellishedkaftans.com.au . All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD).
EMBELLISHED KAFTANS reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policy.
EMBELLISHED KAFTANS cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of www.embellishedkaftans.com.au.

Payment
Payment is via PayPal. We have chosen this method of payment as it is free for customers to join PayPal, payment is safe, secure and reliable. Once payment has been made and appears in the EMBELLISHED KAFTANS PayPal account .For further details on the payment security offered by paypal and the paypal privacy policy, please refer to the paypal website.
If for some reason a customer wishes to make a purchase and is unable to make payment through PayPal, then please contact EMBELLISHED KAFTANS by email, info@embellishedkaftans.com.au and we will provide our bank details for a direct deposit. The order will be processed once funds have been received into our account. (Please note that this option is not available for international customers)

Delivery Timeframes
Orders will be processed and shipped same day once payment has been cleared into our account by 3pm eastern standard time (QLD) .Orders received after 3pm or on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.All goods purchased on www.embellishedkaftans.com.au will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address; and be delivered by AUSTRALIA POST within 3-5 working days for Standard Post and next business day for Express Post .Track your order on www.auspost.com.au
Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Delivery Address
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours as AUSTRALIA POST require a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, AUSTRALIA POST requires the business and receivers’ names.
Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.
Once an order has been dispatched, EMBELLISHED KAFTANS is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.

EMBELLISHED KAFTANS ships to most destinations outside of Australia via AUSTRALIA POST . Postage charges refers to the cost of the shipping with AUSTRALIA POST , EMBELLISHED KAFTANS does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in destination country.
EMBELLISHED KAFTANS recommends international customers to contact their local Customs Office in regard to any potential duty you may be liable for. By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all customs charges incurred as EMBELLISHED KAFTANS will not refund customers who incur any such charges.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
